Homemade Stain Remover
2 parts hydrogen peroxide 1 part blue Dawn dish soap baking soda Mix the first two ingredients in a spray bottle. Sprinkle a generous amount of baking soda onto the stain. Spray with the Dawn/peroxide mixture until the baking soda becomes a paste. Gently rub with a small brush, such as a toothbrush. Let sit for 10-15 minutes. Wash as normal. *Can be used for all stains, including oil on our quilts. The peroxide will not bleach colors. **Hydrogen peroxide has a short shelf life. Mix only what you will use.
