I have completed my version of the Disappearing Nine Patch from Julie Cefalu’s Disappearing Nine Patch Quilt Along.
I decided to quilt an edge to edge called Mountain Laurel. I am not a frame quilter, but I am so happy because I had no tension issues whatsoever!
I am also happy to have another finish!
This was a fun quilt along and it is an easy quilt to make! Great for gift giving, or if you are looking for something to cozy up with this winter!

Hi Laura! Your finish sure looks pretty. And now you can say you made a quilt using this method – I still have that on my list of to-do someday soon. ~smile~ Roseanne

Yup…I can cross it off the quilting bucket list. Ha, ha! I don’t know why I waited so long…it actually is a fun, easy and versatile pattern. 🙂

Not any ”original” work…but got juices going with my PFWHK and joined in my very first linky party (my post, ToDoTuesday posted a few days ago) to share the details & photos. Our mutual blogger-quilter Roseanne nudged me ever so gently to give it a try!
Oh BTW: great use of the color orange in your quilt here…
