Last Sunday, I was working on the letter ‘I’ while sitting in my lawn chair enjoying the lovely day.

I also completed the letter ‘J’, so I will be stitching the letter ‘K’ today.

I know that it is slow going, but that is okay.  After putting in longer hours at work this week, and Sunday being my only day off, I need a slow day!

Last Sunday, I had stitched up to the letter ‘e’  and intended to stitch the letter ‘f’.

I not only stitched the letter ‘f’, but I stitched ‘g’ and ‘h’ as well.

Today, I will be sitting in my lawn chair and stitching the letter ‘I’.  Maybe I will even stitch two letters!

I shared about a slow stitching alphabet pincushions project in a previous post.

I haven’t done a lot, but then, that is the point, isn’t it?  A slow, stress-free, no deadline, enjoying the process and the time kind of project.

So here is where I am at:

I will stitch the letter F today.  

And since it is Sunday, I will leisurely stitch it outdoors stretched out in my lawn chair.
