I love it when a quote can nail a ‘solution’ to ‘problems of the moment’.

I agree, Laura. I watched a Dateline episode last night where the husband did not panic at the brutal murder of his wife. Of course, he became more of a suspect than ever because of his demeanor. He didn’t do it. The daughter’s boyfriend did it. I guess that is a statement of some of the expectations of general society. We must all act certain ways in certain situations. Never mind being calm and thinking through our options. This applies to all levels from marriages to child rearing to workplaces to politics and so on.
