I posted this photo in my previous garden post and Deb asked me to share what, exactly, she was looking at.
I had intended to crop the photo closer than I did, but I thought that I was losing too much context.
Cropping closer meant losing most of the nest.
This is the original photo:
Deb…not seeds, or bugs. They are a bit out of focus, but you can see, if you click on the photo (and if you also click on the i in the lower right corner and scroll to ‘view full size’), that these are just-hatched spiders.
I don’t know what kind, perhaps what we call cat spiders in my corner of the world.

Look at all those little spiders! Neat!! However it’s no wonder I have spiders often hiding it the corners of my house!! Sometimes with serious websites.😬😀

I admit, arachnids are too creepy for me, and this nest freaked me out. Once I got over the initial reaction, however, I did think it was pretty cool watching them all disperse. 🙂
