I inherited a cute little cabinet from my Mom, and I wanted to make a seasonal table topper for it.
A Prairie Journey by Kathleen Tracy features sweet mini quilts. Kathleen uses reproduction fabrics to make her minis.

Since I wanted a seasonal table topper, I chose to make my version in orange, black and white.
I have lots of scraps cut into 1-1/2″ strips and this mini is a fun way to use them!
My mini version measures about 15-1/2″ x 17-1/2″.
Have fun and carry on!

OMGoodness that is so fabulous! Love the displays too Laura 🙂

Love it, when little scaps get a good new live. Fabric is a nature source (cotton, water to produce, water to wash, prodction, transport…) so, it is worse to use them!
thanks for posting! Have a good weekend
