These will be the last of the fabric dyeing pieces that I am doing for the summer (and probably the year).
These photos aren’t perfect, but you get the idea of what each piece looks like. I am sharing the entire piece, and then a close up of each one.
Playing with the color has been quite fun!

This last photo is the most accurate of the color and makes a nice stack of possibilities!

Never stop playing!

One piece screams “under water scene” to me. All are wonderful. What are your plans for them?

No plans, Donna. I dye for the fun of it. The fabric goes into the stash and I pet it until inspiration hits. 🙂

Oh, all of these (plus the first set in the other post photo) are lusciously inviting. I’m thinking you’ll have loads of fun playing with them while spending time in your lime green sewing studio over the cooler weather to come. BTW: what sizes are the dyed pieces?

Lime green does uplift and inspire. Ha, ha!
The pieces are about one yard each…enough for an artsy background or to cut up and have a play. 🙂

Laura,
Remembering my mother’s efforts at dyeing fabrics many years ago, your examples are very different than what I remember. I finally got done with the VFW burger booth fund-raiser today in Colville. Next will be similar work with the Kettle River Grange in Republic for two days.
