“But flowers feed our soul in a different way. They remind us of a God who creates beautiful things and takes notice of the tiniest detail”
― Tricia Goyer, A Christmas Gift for Rose
“Buying flowers is not just a way to bring home beauty. It’s an expression of confidence that better days are coming. It’s a defiant finger in the face of those naysayers who would have you believe your fortunes will never improve.”
― Pearl Cleage, Some Things I Never Thought I’d Do

The apples start out green, and turn a pale yellow when ripe. They ripen early and make a great applesauce! 🙂

Great to see the fruit alongside photos of your lovely flowers. It has been a good year for apples and pears here – much kinder weather than last years drought.

I have quite a few fruit trees and they’ve done well this year with the exception of the apricot. I am going to have to give it some TLC. The summer in my neck of the woods has been quite dry, but it has cooled down this week and we’ve had some much needed rain. 🙂
