“Keep your face to the sun and you will never see the shadows.” ―
Work hours have increased; it is time to get outside and play in the garden; and I do have vacation time coming. It is a lot to pack into the month.
So, I am going to keep this month’s OMG very simple, but even so, I am not sure that I can complete it.
I purchased this cute llama print a couple of months ago (or so).
When I get home from work, I love to get comfy in a t-shirt and pajama bottoms, so I intended to make pajamas with it.
I have the pieces cut out…all two of them. Ha, ha! Not even any pockets!
What is your OMG for April?
Let’s all link up with OMG at Elm Street Quilts. We can inspire and support one another as we work on our projects!

You can do it! Just one thing each day…wind the bobbin, sew one seam, and you’ll be wearing them before you know it!

Thank you so much for the encouragement, Kathy! Seems simple, and it is, but when life is packed, it is hard to make the time. I think I’ll have to get it done…just for you. 🙂

I amazed how much I can get done if I just do the one thing, it may take five minutes, but it adds up very quickly!😄 I count pinning the seam as one thing, too!

Those Llamas are great, you’ll feel super cosy in them. Glad I’m not the only one garment sewing this month. Good Luck.

Love the flamingo fabric, Kirstin! It is fun! Good luck with your garment sewing, too! I think mine will be much simpler, when I find the time to actually sit down and go for it. 🙂

I agree with you on the PJ’s and chair after a work day! The PJ’s will be cute! I am going to finish Star of Chamblie and a few others! Back in the swing starting today after 2 weeks of “fun and games”? It wasn’t fun getting things back in order and taking care of “chores” after getting home! But looking great now!

I need some new pajama pants, too! My favorite days are what I call “don’t leave the house days” when I can wake up, take a hot shower, and then put on comfy clothes that feel even better than the pajamas I just dropped in the hamper. Good luck getting your cute llama pants done!

That fabric is adorable. If you have a serger those would stitch up in no time. Glad to see I’m not the only one with sewing clothes on the wish list.

Alas, I do not have a serger, but I am making progress. 🙂
