In yesterday’s post, I focused on some of the animals in Yellowstone National Park. Today, I am focusing on some geology in a picture heavy post.
When Hubby and I visited Yellowstone last year, we did not have the opportunity to see this magnificent geologic feature of the park.

We took an evening stroll on the boardwalk.
Hoof Prints
Strolling the boardwalk is a great way to take in details, but if one wants to see the magnitude of the Grand Prismatic, than one needs to hike to the overlook.
That is exactly what Hubby and I did the next morning.
I am sharing this last photo because I think that it is way cool that I captured two reflections from these standing dead trees!
