Candace Project

I have decided not to participate in OMG (One Monthly Goal) this month.  I feel a little overwhelmed…so much to do and not enough time.  Which is ridiculous because setting goals with OMG has really helped me to get things done.  It must be the public accountability.  LOL!

In reality, I simply to need to focus…little by little, inch by inch, everything is a cinch.

Ahem.

Will someone come and paint my living room for me?  I just wanna sew!  Ha, ha!

I do have an update on my Candace quilt for you.

As I previously stated, nothing is fused, so if I decide to change something I can easily do so.

Candace

She wore glittery blue eye shadow that day.

Candace

No…that is not a unicorn horn sticking out of her head.  Ha, ha!  Maybe you can guess why that piece is there?

The Widow’s Mite – Finished

The Widow’s Mite is finished and given to the church.  She will be displayed in the space that she is made for (there is a reason she is the size that she is).

I forgot to take a photo of the back before putting on the hanging sleeve and label, but you can see how much quilting there is.

I have both enjoyed and learned from the process and the journey.  I hope you have to.
