This morning, Hubby and I took advantage of having one more day off together. We took a little paddling jaunt on the Columbia River, near our home.
We both had trouble adjusting our little pocket cameras, so as beautiful as the morning was, our photos don’t do it justice at all!
We were right under the eagle, but looking into the sun at him (or her). And, as I said, it just wasn’t a camera day for either of us.
It was wonderful to see the national mascot on Independence Day!
Hubby is tying down the canoe for the trip home. Hopefully, we’ll have more opportunities to take it out this summer.
It has been a great couple of days off!
