Manito Park and Botanical Gardens – Part 3

I’m hold up in a motel in Ely, Nevada.  It’ll be another long driving day tomorrow (Moving Mom from Yuma, AZ to Spokane, WA.).  And then one more day to get the U-Haul unloaded and Hubby and I drive another 2 hours to home.  We should be home by Tuesday.

You can see the Part 1 of Manito Park here and Part 2 here.

How about a few photos from the Conservatory at Manito Park?  And then I’m going to bed.  I’ll be on the road again by the time you see this post.

Manito Park and Botanical Gardens – Part 2

“There is a little plant called reverence in the corner of my soul’s garden, which I love to have watered once a week.”- Oliver Wendell Holmes

I am at the Phoenix airport and have some time, so I can edit more photos.  By the time you see this post, my Hubby, myself and my Mom should be on the road.  We’ll be driving back to Spokane (moving Mom), so I don’t know that I’ll have another opportunity to post for a few days.

Enjoy these photos from yesterday’s visit to the Japanese Garden at Manito Park.

Electric Quilt Symmetries

I know many of you Electric Quilt users know all about the Image/Symmetries tools, but I am now discovering them.

And oh what fun it is!

Upload an image to EQ7.  Edit it to the Image Worktable.  Click Image>Apply Symmetries>Circular (or Square).

Choose a petal shape and size and have fun!

Print templates to fussy cut and create beautiful kaleidoscope blocks.  Or print your new design onto fabric and create pillows, totes, and so much more.

You can create so many wonderful projects with EQ7!
