Flower, the beautiful bovine invites us in for a grand tour of the Tillamook Creamery in Oregon!

There are sharp rotating blades in the very large vats.
Salt is the only additive, and it is added in the last step before compressing the curds into 40 pound blocks.
As the cutting machine cuts big blocks into pieces, the workers keep pace while breaking apart pieces, inspecting them, and putting them on the belt.
Tillamook Creamery cuts about a million pounds of cheese a week!
That’s about 115 two pound baby loafs a minute!
