RSC18 March

The Rainbow Scrap colors of the month are bright and light green.

Here are my three 5″ unfinished blocks:

I will be linking up with So Scrappy; see how others have gone green this month!

Today is a Great Day for a Bike Ride!

“When the spirits are low, when the day appears dark, when work becomes monotonous, when hope hardly seems worth having, just mount a bicycle and go out for a spin down the road, without thought on anything but the ride you are taking.” –
Sherlock Holmes author, Arthur Conan Doyle, Scientific American, 1896

Hubby and I took advantage of a beautiful day off and did some bike riding at the Kettle Falls marina and campground recreation area.

Lake Roosevelt is in an annual draw down due to spring melt.

You can get an idea how deep the lake normally is from the above photo.

March OMG 2018

My OMG (One monthly goal) for March is to continue to work on the Laundry Day Tee.

I bought enough fabric to make six tunics.

Laundry Day Tee

I have finished one.

I have one more cut out and ready to sew, and I hope to work on it on Sunday.  So I should be able to finish one for sure.

There is a bonus Sunday for me this month, so I’ll be brave and set a goal of finishing all five remaining tunics.

Since I am participating in the RSC18 Squared Away Sampler, I need to complete three light/bright green blocks this month.

Maybe I can even make some progress on my friendship row by row!

Friendship Row by Row

Maybe.

I am linking up with OMG at Elm Street Quilts.  Click on the link and see what other goals are set for March. I find it inspiring and motivating!
